Canva Templates, What are they ?

When you start a design on Canva, you can select a Template. Which is simply a design canvas with defined sizes and with a list of corresponding ready to use designs to select from, and which are also called Templates. For some templates you will have a timeline on the bottom of the canvas as is the case for a video template.

Avoid the Blank Page syndrome. This is it, I just said everything about Canva templates. You don’t know where to start, and you have to create a twitter post. You go to your home page, you click on the Create a design button. You select a template that you like, and you start customizing it. You may even end up with a totally different design, but it doesn’t matter, because you’ve got your design done!

There are tons of different templates for different types of content. The designs are not for social media only. They are for every digital product you need for your business. So, you will have:

1. different social media templates: a list of different formats for each social media platform. Some of them are: YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, WhatsApp, Linkedin, Twitch, and Snapchat.
2. different templates for print on demand stores: you will have for example Shirts, Stickers, Hoodies, Mugs, Posters, Pillows ... etc.
3. templates business related: you can find formats for Emails (like Emails Newsletters), Business Cards, Logos, Flyers, Certificates, Resume, Calendar .. etc
4. Other templates: the list of the kind of templates that you can find in Canva is endless. So, I will add this list that I didn’t expect to find there: Coloring, Wallpapers, A4 Documents, Amazon, Brainstorm, Ebook covers, Blog graphics, and Invitations.
